SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CCNDBP1 (cyclin D1 binding protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CCNDBP1 qPCR Primer Set – cyclin D1 binding protein 1
Also known as: DIP1, GCIP, HHM
About this gene: CCNDBP1 was identified by the interaction of its gene product with Grap2, a leukocyte-specific adaptor protein important for immune cell signaling. The CCNDBP1 protein was shown to interact with cyclin D. Transfection of CCNDBP1 in cells was reported to reduce the phosphorylation of Rb gene product by cyclin D-dependent protein kinase, and inhibit E2F1-mediated transcription activity. The CCNDBP1 protein was also found to interact with helix-loop-helix protein E12 and is believed to be a negative regulator of liver-specific gene expression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23582; HGNC ID: HGNC:1587; UniProt: O95273; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012142.5; Chromosome location: 15q15.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
