SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CCNB2 (cyclin B2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CCNB2 qPCR Primer Set – cyclin B2
Also known as: HsT17299
About this gene: Cyclin B2 belongs to the cyclin family, specifically the B-type cyclins. The B-type cyclins, B1 and B2, associate with p34cdc2 and are essential components of the cell cycle regulatory machinery. B1 and B2 differ in their subcellular localization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9133; HGNC ID: HGNC:1580; UniProt: O95067; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004701.4; Chromosome location: 15q22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
