SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CCL3 (C-C motif chemokine ligand 3, also called MIP-1-alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CCL3 qPCR Primer Set – C-C motif chemokine ligand 3
Also known as: G0S19-1, LD78, LD78ALPHA, MIP-1-alpha, MIP1A, SCI, SCYA3
About this gene: This locus represents a small inducible cytokine. The encoded protein, also known as macrophage inflammatory protein 1 alpha, is involved in inflammatory responses through binding to the receptors CCR1, CCR4 and CCR5. Polymorphisms at this locus may be linked to both resistance and susceptibility to infection by human immunodeficiency virus type 1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6348; HGNC ID: HGNC:10627; UniProt: P10147; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002983.3; Chromosome location: 17q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
