SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CCKAR (cholecystokinin A receptor, also called CCK1-R) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CCKAR qPCR Primer Set – cholecystokinin A receptor
Also known as: CCK-1R, CCK-A, CCK1-R, CCK1R, CCKRA
About this gene: CCKAR encodes a G-protein coupled receptor that binds non-sulfated members of the cholecystokinin family of peptide hormones. This receptor is a major physiologic mediator of pancreatic enzyme secretion and smooth muscle contraction of the gallbladder and stomach. In the central and peripheral nervous system this receptor regulates satiety and the release of beta-endorphin and dopamine.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 886; HGNC ID: HGNC:1570; UniProt: P32238; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000730.3; Chromosome location: 4p15.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
