SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPDL1 (spindle apparatus coiled-coil protein 1, also called hSpindly) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPDL1 qPCR Primer Set – spindle apparatus coiled-coil protein 1
Also known as: CCDC99
About this gene: SPDL1 encodes a coiled-coil domain-containing protein that functions in mitotic spindle formation and chromosome segregation. The SPDL1 protein is involved in coordinating microtubule attachment by promoting recruitment of dynein proteins, and in mitotic checkpoint signaling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54908; HGNC ID: HGNC:26010; UniProt: Q96EA4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017785.5; Chromosome location: 5q35.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
