About this gene: ADAMTS13 belongs to a family of proteins containing multiple distinct regions, including a metalloproteinase domain, a disintegrin-like domain, and a thrombospondin type 1 motif. The enzyme encoded by ADAMTS13 specifically cleaves von Willebrand Factor. Defects in ADAMTS13 are linked to thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
