SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TACO1 (translational activator of cytochrome c oxidase I) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TACO1 qPCR Primer Set – translational activator of cytochrome c oxidase I
Also known as: CCDC44, MC4DN8
About this gene: TACO1 encodes a mitochondrial protein that function as a translational activator of mitochondrially-encoded cytochrome c oxidase 1. Mutations in TACO1 are linked to Leigh syndrome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51204; HGNC ID: HGNC:24316; UniProt: Q9BSH4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016360.4; Chromosome location: 17q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
