About this gene: IFT74 encodes a core intraflagellar transport protein which belongs to a multi-protein complex involved in the transport of ciliary proteins along axonemal microtubules. IFT proteins are found at the base of the cilium as well as inside the cilium, where they assemble into long arrays between the ciliary base and tip. This protein, together with intraflagellar transport protein 81, binds and transports tubulin within cilia and is required for ciliogenesis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
