About this gene: At the nuclear envelope, the nuclear lamina and heterochromatin are adjacent to the inner nuclear membrane. The CBX3 protein binds DNA and is a component of heterochromatin. The CBX3 protein also can bind lamin B receptor, an integral membrane protein found in the inner nuclear membrane.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
