SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CBLN1 (cerebellin 1 precursor, also called Precerebellin) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CBLN1 qPCR Primer Set – cerebellin 1 precursor
About this gene: CBLN1 encodes a cerebellum-specific precursor protein, precerebellin, with similarity to the globular domain of complement component C1qB. Precerebellin is processed to give rise to multiple derivatives, including the hexadecapeptide, cerebellin. Cerebellin has also been found in human and rat adrenals, where it is reported to enhance the secretory activity of this gland.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 869; HGNC ID: HGNC:1543; UniProt: P23435; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004352.4; Chromosome location: 16q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
