Human CBLB qPCR Primer Set – Cbl proto-oncogene B
Also known as: ADMIO3, Cbl-b, Nbla00127, RNF56
About this gene: CBLB encodes a E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which promotes proteosome-mediated protein degradation by transferring ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme to a substrate. The CBLB protein is involved in the regulation of immune response by limiting T-cell receptor, B-cell receptor, and high affinity immunoglobulin epsilon receptor activation. Studies in mouse suggest that CBLB is involved in antifungal host defense and that its inhibition leads to increased fungal killing.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 868; HGNC ID: HGNC:1542; UniProt: Q13191; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_170662.5; Chromosome location: 3q13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
