About this gene: CBL is a proto-oncogene that encodes a RING finger E3 ubiquitin ligase. The CBL protein is one of the enzymes required for targeting substrates for degradation by the proteasome. The CBL protein mediates the transfer of ubiquitin from ubiquitin conjugating enzymes to specific substrates.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
