SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CASQ2 (calsequestrin 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CASQ2 qPCR Primer Set – calsequestrin 2
Also known as: PDIB2
About this gene: The CASQ2 protein specifies the cardiac muscle family member of the calsequestrin family. Calsequestrin is localized to the sarcoplasmic reticulum in cardiac and slow skeletal muscle cells. The protein is a calcium binding protein that stores calcium for muscle function.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 845; HGNC ID: HGNC:1513; UniProt: O14958; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001232.4; Chromosome location: 1p13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
