About this gene: The CASP3 protein is a cysteine-aspartic acid protease that plays a central role in the execution-phase of cell apoptosis. The CASP3 protein cleaves and inactivates poly polymerase while it cleaves and activates sterol regulatory element binding proteins as well as caspases 6, 7, and 9. The CASP3 protein itself is processed by caspases 8, 9, and 10.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
