SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NOD1 (nucleotide binding oligomerization domain containing 1, also called hNod1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NOD1 qPCR Primer Set – nucleotide binding oligomerization domain containing 1
Also known as: CARD4, CLR7.1, NLRC1, hNod1
About this gene: NOD1 belongs to the nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor family of proteins. The NOD1 protein is involved in innate immunity by acting as a pattern-recognition receptor that binds bacterial peptidoglycans and initiates inflammation. The NOD1 protein has also been implicated in the immune response to viral and parasitic infection.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10392; HGNC ID: HGNC:16390; UniProt: Q9Y239; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006092.4; Chromosome location: 7p14.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
