SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CARD14 (caspase recruitment domain family member 14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CARD14 qPCR Primer Set – caspase recruitment domain family member 14
Also known as: BIMP2, CARMA2, PRP, PSORS2, PSS1
About this gene: CARD14 encodes a caspase recruitment domain-containing protein that belongs to the membrane-associated guanylate kinase family of proteins. Members of this protein family are scaffold proteins that are involved in a diverse array of cellular processes including cellular adhesion, signal transduction and cell polarity control. The CARD14 protein is reported to specifically interact with BCL10, a protein known to function as a positive regulator of cell apoptosis and NF-kappaB activation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79092; HGNC ID: HGNC:16446; UniProt: Q9BXL6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001366385.1; Chromosome location: 17q25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
