SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CARD10 (caspase recruitment domain family member 10) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CARD10 qPCR Primer Set – caspase recruitment domain family member 10
Also known as: BIMP1, CARMA3, IMD89
About this gene: The caspase recruitment domain is a protein module that consists of 6 or 7 antiparallel alpha helices. The CARD10 gene product participates in apoptosis signaling through highly specific protein-protein homophilic interactions. Like multiple other CARD proteins, CARD10 belongs to the membrane-associated guanylate kinase family and activates NF-kappa-B through BCL10.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29775; HGNC ID: HGNC:16422; UniProt: Q9BWT7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014550.4; Chromosome location: 22q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
