SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CAPZA1 (capping actin protein of muscle Z-line subunit alpha 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CAPZA1 qPCR Primer Set – capping actin protein of muscle Z-line subunit alpha 1
Also known as: CAPPA1, CAPZ, CAZ1
About this gene: CAPZA1 belongs to the F-actin capping protein alpha subunit family. CAPZA1 encodes a alpha subunit of the barbed-end actin binding protein. The protein regulates growth of the actin filament by capping the barbed end of growing actin filaments.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 829; HGNC ID: HGNC:1488; UniProt: P52907; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006135.3; Chromosome location: 1p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
