About this gene: The product of CEP350 is a large protein with a CAP-Gly domain typically found in cytoskeleton-associated proteins. The CEP350 protein primarily localizes to the centrosome, a non-membraneous organelle that acts as the major microtubule-organizing center in animal cells. The CEP350 protein directly interacts with another large centrosomal protein and is required to anchor microtubules at the centrosome.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
