SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADAM19 (ADAM metallopeptidase domain 19, also called MADDAM) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ADAM19 qPCR Primer Set – ADAM metallopeptidase domain 19
Also known as: FKSG34, MADDAM, MLTNB
About this gene: ADAM19 belongs to the ADAM family. Members of this family are membrane-anchored proteins structurally related to snake venom disintegrins and have been implicated in a variety of biological processes involving cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions, including fertilization, muscle development, and neurogenesis. This member is a type I transmembrane protein and serves as a marker for dendritic cell differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8728; HGNC ID: HGNC:197; UniProt: Q9H013; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_033274.5; Chromosome location: 5q33.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
