SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CACNA2D2 (calcium voltage-gated channel auxiliary subunit alpha2delta 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CACNA2D2 qPCR Primer Set – calcium voltage-gated channel auxiliary subunit alpha2delta 2
Also known as: CACNA2D, CASVDD
About this gene: Calcium channels mediate the entry of calcium ions into the cell upon membrane polarization. CACNA2D2 encodes a alpha-2/delta subunit of the voltage-dependent calcium channel complex. The complex consists of the main channel-forming subunit alpha-1, and auxiliary subunits alpha-2/delta, beta, and gamma.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9254; HGNC ID: HGNC:1400; UniProt: Q9NY47; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006030.4; Chromosome location: 3p21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
