About this gene: Calcineurin is important for the T-cell receptor-mediated signal transduction pathway. The CABIN1 protein binds specifically to the activated form of calcineurin and inhibits calcineurin-mediated signal transduction. The CABIN1 protein is found in the nucleus and contains a leucine zipper domain as well as multiple PEST motifs, sequences which confer targeted degradation to those proteins which contain them.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
