SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CARD19 (caspase recruitment domain family member 19, also called BinCARD) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human CARD19 qPCR Primer Set – caspase recruitment domain family member 19
Also known as: BinCARD, C9orf89
About this gene: CARD19 is predicted to enable CARD domain binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in negative regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. It is predicted to act upstream of or within obsolete positive regulation of NF-kappaB transcription factor activity; positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction; and protein catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84270; HGNC ID: HGNC:28148; UniProt: Q96LW7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032310.5; Chromosome location: 9q22.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
