SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADAM10 (ADAM metallopeptidase domain 10, also called CDw156) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ADAM10 qPCR Primer Set – ADAM metallopeptidase domain 10
Also known as: AD10, AD18, CD156c, CDw156, HsT18717, MADM, RAK, kuz
About this gene: Members of the ADAM family are cell surface proteins with a unique structure possessing both potential adhesion and protease domains. ADAM10 encodes and ADAM family member that cleaves many proteins including TNF-alpha and E-cadherin.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 102; HGNC ID: HGNC:188; UniProt: O14672; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001110.4; Chromosome location: 15q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
