SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GLIPR2 (GLI pathogenesis related 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GLIPR2 qPCR Primer Set – GLI pathogenesis related 2
Also known as: C9orf19, GAPR-1, GAPR1, gliPR 2
About this gene: GLIPR2 enables protein homodimerization activity. It is involved in positive regulation of ERK1 and ERK2 cascade; positive regulation of epithelial cell migration; and positive regulation of epithelial to mesenchymal transition.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 152007; HGNC ID: HGNC:18007; UniProt: Q9H4G4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022343.4; Chromosome location: 9p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
