SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PGAP4 (post-GPI attachment to proteins GalNAc transferase 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PGAP4 qPCR Primer Set – post-GPI attachment to proteins GalNAc transferase 4
Also known as: C9orf125, TMEM246
About this gene: PGAP4 enables glycosyltransferase activity. It is involved in GPI anchor biosynthetic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84302; HGNC ID: HGNC:28180; UniProt: Q9BRR3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032342.3; Chromosome location: 9q31.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
