About this gene: TTI2 encodes a regulator of the DNA damage response. The protein is a component of the Triple T complex which also includes telomere length regulation protein and TELO2 interacting protein 1. The TTT complex is involved in cellular resistance to DNA damage stresses and may act as a regulator of phosphoinositide-3-kinase-related protein kinase abundance.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
