SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NUS1 (NUS1 dehydrodolichyl diphosphate synthase subunit, also called NgBR) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human NUS1 qPCR Primer Set – NUS1 dehydrodolichyl diphosphate synthase subunit
Also known as: C6orf68, CDG1AA, MGC:7199, MRD55, NgBR, TANGO14
About this gene: NUS1 encodes a type I single transmembrane domain receptor, which is a subunit of cis-prenyltransferase. NUS1 is highly expressed in non-small cell lung carcinomas as well as estrogen receptor-alpha positive breast cancer cells where it promotes epithelial mesenchymal transition. NUS1 is linked to the poor prognosis of human hepatocellular carcinoma patients.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 116150; HGNC ID: HGNC:21042; UniProt: Q96E22; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_138459.5; Chromosome location: 6q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
