SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SAYSD1 (SAYSVFN motif domain containing 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human SAYSD1 qPCR Primer Set – SAYSVFN motif domain containing 1
Also known as: C6orf64
About this gene: SAYSD1 enables UFM1-modified protein reader activity. It is involved in protein quality control for misfolded or incompletely synthesized proteins and rescue of stalled cytosolic ribosome. Is active in endoplasmic reticulum.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55776; HGNC ID: HGNC:21025; UniProt: Q9NPB0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018322.3; Chromosome location: 6p21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
