SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LMBRD1 (LMBR1 domain containing 1, also called LMBD1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human LMBRD1 qPCR Primer Set – LMBR1 domain containing 1
Also known as: C6orf209, LMBD1, MAHCF, NESI
About this gene: LMBRD1 encodes a lysosomal membrane protein that may be involved in the transport and metabolism of cobalamin. The LMBRD1 protein also interacts with the large form of the hepatitis delta antigen and may be required for the nucleocytoplasmic shuttling of the hepatitis delta virus. Mutations in LMBRD1 are linked to the vitamin B12 metabolism disorder termed, homocystinuria-megaloblastic anemia complementation type F.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55788; HGNC ID: HGNC:23038; UniProt: Q9NUN5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018368.4; Chromosome location: 6q13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
