SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADTRP (androgen dependent TFPI regulating protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ADTRP qPCR Primer Set – androgen dependent TFPI regulating protein
Also known as: AIG1L, C6orf105, dJ413H6.1
About this gene: ADTRP enables hydrolase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cell migration involved in sprouting angiogenesis; cellular response to oxidised low-density lipoprotein particle stimulus; and negative regulation of secretion by cell.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84830; HGNC ID: HGNC:21214; UniProt: Q96IZ2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032744.4; Chromosome location: 6p24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
