SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADGB (androglobin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ADGB qPCR Primer Set – androglobin
Also known as: C6orf103, CAPN16
About this gene: ADGB is predicted to enable multiple functions, including calcium-dependent cysteine-type endopeptidase activity; heme binding activity; and oxygen binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in spermatid development. Predicted to be active in sperm annulus and sperm midpiece.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79747; HGNC ID: HGNC:21212; UniProt: Q8N7X0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024694.4; Chromosome location: 6q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
