About this gene: BRCC3 encodes a subunit of the BRCA1-BRCA2-containing complex, which is an E3 ubiquitin ligase. This complex is involved in the DNA damage response, where it is responsible for the stable accumulation of BRCA1 at DNA break sites. The component encoded by BRCC3 can specifically cleave Lys 63-linked polyubiquitin chains, and it regulates the abundance of these polyubiquitin chains in chromatin.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
