SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MACIR (macrophage immunometabolism regulator) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human MACIR qPCR Primer Set – macrophage immunometabolism regulator
Also known as: C5orf30
About this gene: This gene, MACIR, has been linked to rheumatoid arthritis, functioning as a negative regulator of tissue damage and modulating the activity of synovial fibroblasts and macrophages. The MACIR protein is highly conserved in vertebrate genomes but has no significant similarity to any other human protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 90355; HGNC ID: HGNC:25052; UniProt: Q96GV9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_033211.4; Chromosome location: 5q21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
