SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ACVR2B (activin A receptor type 2B, also called ACTR-IIB) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ACVR2B qPCR Primer Set – activin A receptor type 2B
Also known as: ACTRIIB, ActR-IIB, HTX4
About this gene: Activins are dimeric growth and differentiation factors which belong to the transforming growth factor-beta superfamily of structurally related signaling proteins. Activins signal through a heteromeric complex of receptor serine kinases which include at least two type I and two type II receptors. These receptors are all transmembrane proteins, composed of a ligand-binding extracellular domain with cysteine-rich region, a transmembrane domain, and a cytoplasmic domain with predicted serine/threonine specificity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 93; HGNC ID: HGNC:174; UniProt: Q13705; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001106.4; Chromosome location: 3p22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
