SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KLHL12 (kelch like family member 12, also called hDKIR) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human KLHL12 qPCR Primer Set – kelch like family member 12
Also known as: C3IP1, DKIR
About this gene: KLHL12 belongs to the KLHL family of proteins. The KLHL12 protein has been identified as an autoantigen in the autoimmune disease Sjogren's syndrome and as a potential biomarker in primary biliary cirrhosis. The KLHL12 protein may act as a substrate adaptor of the Cullin-3 ubiquitin ligase complex to promote substrate-specific ubiquitylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 59349; HGNC ID: HGNC:19360; UniProt: Q53G59; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021633.4; Chromosome location: 1q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
