SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LPCAT3 (lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase 3, also called LPCAT) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human LPCAT3 qPCR Primer Set – lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase 3
Also known as: C3F, LPCAT, LPLAT 5, LPLAT12, LPSAT, MBOAT5, OACT5, nessy
About this gene: LPCAT3 enables 1-acylglycerophosphocholine O-acyltransferase activity; 1-acylglycerophosphoethanolamine O-acyltransferase activity; and 1-acylglycerophosphoserine O-acyltransferase activity. It is involved in phosphatidylcholine acyl-chain remodeling; phosphatidylethanolamine acyl-chain remodeling; and phosphatidylserine acyl-chain remodeling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10162; HGNC ID: HGNC:30244; UniProt: Q6P1A2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005768.6; Chromosome location: 12p13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
