SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LDAH (lipid droplet associated hydrolase, also called hLDAH) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human LDAH qPCR Primer Set – lipid droplet associated hydrolase
Also known as: C2orf43, hLDAH
About this gene: LDAH is predicted to enable sterol ester esterase activity. It is involved in cholesterol homeostasis and intracellular triglyceride homeostasis. Acts upstream of with a positive effect on lipid droplet fusion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 60526; HGNC ID: HGNC:26145; UniProt: Q9H6V9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021925.4; Chromosome location: 2p24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
