About this gene: CFAP298 encodes a protein that plays a critical role in dynein arm assembly and motile cilia function. Mutations in CFAP298 result in primary ciliary dyskinesia. Naturally occuring readthrough transcription occurs from this locus to the downstream t-complex 10 like gene.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
