Human GATD3 qPCR Primer Set – glutamine amidotransferase class 1 domain containing 3
Also known as: C21orf33, ES1, GATD3A, GATD3B, GT335, HES1, KNPH, KNPI
About this gene: GATD3 encodes a potential mitochondrial protein that belongs to the DJ-1/PfpI gene family. The GATD3 protein is overexpressed in fetal Down syndrome brain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8209; HGNC ID: HGNC:1273; UniProt: P0DPI2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004649.8; Chromosome location: 21q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
