SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SETD4 (SET domain containing 4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human SETD4 qPCR Primer Set – SET domain containing 4
Also known as: C21orf18, C21orf27
About this gene: SETD4 enables histone H4K20 methyltransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of inflammatory response; regulation of cell proliferation in bone marrow; and regulation of gene expression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54093; HGNC ID: HGNC:1258; UniProt: Q9NVD3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017438.5; Chromosome location: 21q22.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
