SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRIB3 (tribbles pseudokinase 3, also called SINK) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRIB3 qPCR Primer Set – tribbles pseudokinase 3
Also known as: C20orf97, NIPK, SINK, SKIP3, TRB3
About this gene: The TRIB3 protein is a putative protein kinase that is induced by the transcription factor NF-kappaB. The encoded protein is a negative regulator of NF-kappaB and can also sensitize cells to TNF- and TRAIL-induced apoptosis. In addition, this protein can negatively regulate the cell survival serine-threonine kinase AKT1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57761; HGNC ID: HGNC:16228; UniProt: Q96RU7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021158.5; Chromosome location: 20p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
