SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DUSP15 (dual specificity phosphatase 15) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human DUSP15 qPCR Primer Set – dual specificity phosphatase 15
Also known as: C20orf57, VHY
About this gene: The DUSP15 protein has both protein-tyrosine phophatase activity and serine/threonine-specific phosphatase activity, and therefore is known as a dual specificity phosphatase. The DUSP15 protein may function in the differentiation of oligodendrocytes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 128853; HGNC ID: HGNC:16236; UniProt: Q9H1R2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_080611.5; Chromosome location: 20q11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
