SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SYNDIG1 (synapse differentiation inducing 1, also called DSPC2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human SYNDIG1 qPCR Primer Set – synapse differentiation inducing 1
Also known as: C20orf39, DSPC2, IFITMD5, TMEM90B
About this gene: SYNDIG1 encodes a protein that belongs to the interferon-induced transmembrane family of proteins. A similar protein in rat is believed to regulate the development of excitatory synapses.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79953; HGNC ID: HGNC:15885; UniProt: Q9H7V2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024893.3; Chromosome location: 20p11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
