SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AARS1 (alanyl-tRNA synthetase 1, also called AlaRS) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human AARS1 qPCR Primer Set – alanyl-tRNA synthetase 1
Also known as: AARS, CMT2N, DEE29, EIEE29, HDLS2, TTD8
About this gene: The human alanyl-tRNA synthetase belongs to a family of tRNA synthases, of the class II enzymes. Class II tRNA synthases evolved early in evolution and are highly conserved. They consist of a catalytic domain which interacts with the amino acid acceptor-T psi C helix of the tRNA, and a second domain which interacts with the rest of the tRNA structure.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16; HGNC ID: HGNC:20; UniProt: P49588; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001605.3; Chromosome location: 16q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
