SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DBNDD2 (dysbindin domain containing 2, also called CK1BP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human DBNDD2 qPCR Primer Set – dysbindin domain containing 2
Also known as: C20orf35, CK1BP, HSMNP1
About this gene: DBNDD2 is predicted to enable ATPase binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of protein kinase activity. Predicted to be active in endoplasmic reticulum and lysosome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55861; HGNC ID: HGNC:15881; UniProt: Q9BQY9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001048225.4; Chromosome location: 20q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
