SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRPF6 (pre-mRNA processing factor 6) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRPF6 qPCR Primer Set – pre-mRNA processing factor 6
Also known as: ANT-1, ANT1, C20orf14, Prp6, RP60, SNRNP102, TOM, U5-102K, hPrp6
About this gene: The PRPF6 protein appears to be involved in pre-mRNA splicing, possibly acting as a bridging factor between U5 and U4/U6 snRNPs in formation of the spliceosome. The PRPF6 protein also can bind androgen receptor, providing a link between transcriptional activation and splicing.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24148; HGNC ID: HGNC:15860; UniProt: O94906; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012469.4; Chromosome location: 20q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
