SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ABHD16B (abhydrolase domain containing 16B) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ABHD16B qPCR Primer Set – abhydrolase domain containing 16B
Also known as: C20orf135, dJ591C20.1
About this gene: ABHD16B is predicted to enable glycerophospholipase activity and monoacylglycerol lipase activity. It is predicted to be involved in monoacylglycerol catabolic process and phosphatidylserine catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 140701; HGNC ID: HGNC:16128; UniProt: Q9H3Z7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_080622.4; Chromosome location: 20q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
