About this gene: DZANK1 contains two ankyrin repeat-encoding regions. Ankyrin repeats are tandemly repeated modules of about 33 amino acids described as L-shaped structures consisting of a beta-hairpin and two alpha-helices. Ankyrin repeats occur in a large number of functionally diverse proteins, mainly from eukaryotes, and are known to function as protein-protein interaction domains.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
