SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human OSER1 (oxidative stress responsive serine rich 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human OSER1 qPCR Primer Set – oxidative stress responsive serine rich 1
Also known as: C20orf111, HSPC207, Osr1, Perit1, dJ1183I21.1
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in cellular response to hydrogen peroxide.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51526; HGNC ID: HGNC:16105; UniProt: Q9NX31; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016470.8; Chromosome location: 20q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
